About & Info
It’s grippy. It’s light. And it’s ready to get rowdy. This is trail running in the Timp 5. Altra built it with the same comfort you love but dropped a few ounces. With a lighter weight and grippier outsole, it’s ready for a full day of a full send. A new grippy outsole gives you the confidence to unlock the magic of rowdy terrain. According to Vibram®, the Vibram® Megagrip outsole offers unparalleled grip on both wet and dry surfaces. Stay comfortable on the toughest of trails with an updated Altra EGO™ MAX midsole foam compound. It’s designed for light and luxurious performance with a little extra bounce and added durability. Keep moving the way you were designed to. The Timp 5 gives you a roomy toe box with plenty of room for your toes to move freely, and zero drop, with a secure midfoot so you can make dust clouds. Jump rocks. Run forever.
