Meet the Brooks Glycerin Flex, a neutral trainer built for runners who want luxurious cushioning without any stiffness holding them back. This black and white colorway keeps things clean and versatile, ready for daily miles, easy runs, or just walking around town. It's Brooks' most flexible take on cushioned comfort yet.
Best For: Road running, everyday training, and walking
Cushion: Balanced. Nitrogen infused DNA TUNED foam pairs larger cells in the heel with smaller cells up front, so landings feel soft while toe offs stay energized.
Support/Stability: Neutral. There's no added structure here, just a flexible ride that lets your foot move naturally through every step.
