The 860 is New Balance's stability daily trainer, the one to reach for if your foot rolls inward through the stride. This is the Bright Mint colorway, a pale mint upper with a brighter mint stripe through the midsole and a grey N.
Features
- Fresh Foam X midsole with stability built in for overpronation control
- Breathable engineered mesh upper in pale mint
- Structured heel counter for rearfoot hold
- Removable insole, so a custom orthotic can go in
- Widths B and D, sizes 5 through 13
Best For
- Overpronation and pronation control, which is the whole reason the 860 exists
- Daily road mileage and long runs where support matters over distance
- Orthotic wearers, since the insole lifts out cleanly
- Anyone who wants a support shoe that does not look like one. This is the lightest colour we carry in the 860, though a pale upper will show dirt faster than the black
