The 1080 v15 is New Balance's plush, neutral everyday trainer, rebuilt around a brand-new Infinion foam midsole that feels lighter and livelier than the Fresh Foam it replaces. This Black/Smoked Violet colorway features a dark, versatile look that hides road grime well.
Features
- Infinion foam midsole for soft, long-lasting cushioning with more energy return
- Breathable perforated mesh upper with plush padding at the heel collar and tongue
- Durable rubber outsole for dependable traction on the road
- 6 mm heel-to-toe drop
- Removable insole
- Women's sizes 5 through 13 in 2A (narrow), B (standard), D (wide), and 2E (extra wide)
Best For
- Neutral runners who don't need added stability. Overpronators should look at the 860 instead
- Daily training miles, long runs, recovery days, and all-day walking
- Narrow and wide feet alike, thanks to an unusually full width run
